Ordering Information

Each item can easily be added to our cart by clicking on the "Add this to my Cart" button. This will put items in your shopping cart, and when you are ready, select "Go To Checkout".

Log In - Returning customers will be prompted to enter your log on details. If this is your first time shopping with us you will be asked to fill in your details.You will then see the contents of your cart (which will be merged with any previous items you may have added). Check the items in your cart and then proceed to "Checkout".

Delivery Information - You will then have the option to confirm your delivery address, or select an alternative address. Select your preferred shipping method, and enter any comments you wish to add. Select "Continue Checkout".

Payment Information - View cart contents summery. Enter any discount codes you may have and then select PayPal as your payment method. This allows you to use your pay by Credit or Debit card and you do not require an account to do so. This service is secure and free. Select "Continue Checkout".

Order Confirmation - If you need to change any details you can do so on this page. When you are happy with your order select “Confirm The Order". You will then be directed the PayPal site and prompted to enter your details as required.

Postage & Packaging

All items are sent packaged individually in our Sparkly Treasures presentation boxes.  UK deliveries are sent out by RM Recorded Signed For, and International orders by Airmail for a flat rate of £1.50. If you wish your item to be sent by Recorded Delivery or AirSure then please select the alternative option displayed at the checkout. Items sent to outside the EU will require a customs form to be attached stating the contents and value. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days (at your own cost) for a full refund. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item with details before returning. This does not include Earrings due to hygiene reasons. As much as we hope there should be no reason to return an item due to faults, it may be necessary. If your jewellery develops a fault due to normal wear and tear in the first 6 months then I will happily repair or replace your item for free and refund the postage costs incurred.
